EDS Service Solutions, a leading global business optimizer, seeks a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent management and employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a passion for recruitment and human resources.

EDS Service Solutions partners with the leading car rental companies all over the country to provide exceptional service in aiding to back-end operations for the Car Rental Center. The company's reputation and long-term client relationships are built through the relentless pursuit of service excellence in providing industry end-to-end or point workforce and process optimization solutions. We provide a full range of outsourced and in-sourced solutions aligned to the needs of the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • - Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the entire recruitment process.
  • - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • - Oversee training and development programs for employees at all levels.
  • - Design and deliver training sessions on various topics such as communication skills, leadership development, and performance management.
  • - Assist in developing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • - Visit job sites to distribute recruitment materials and engage with potential candidates.
  • - Work closely with local Operations Teams to identify recruitment locations within the area.
  • - Meet with branch managers to understand staffing meeting
  • - Travel out of state when needed.

Compensation: $17-$19

  • - Training period: 8 weeks to start
  • - Initail base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 (based on training performance)
