Job description

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Measurement Analyst – Submarine Combat Systems

Help support the Submarine Combat Systems, critical across the U.S. submarine fleet. In this role, you’ll combine systems thinking, data analysis, and practical problem-solving to help program teams make informed decisions, improve processes, and deliver dependable capabilities to the fleet.

What you’ll experience

  • Work alongside program management, engineering, and technical teams supporting a mission that matters.
  • Turn complex program and technical data into clear insights, reports, and recommendations for decision-makers.
  • Improve everyday workflows by identifying inefficiencies and developing practical tools, dashboards, or automated solutions.
  • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, test solutions, and continuously improve results.
  • Build experience at the intersection of systems engineering, analytics, and program management in a collaborative environment.

What you bring to the table

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, mathematics, business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information and communicate findings clearly.
  • Comfort working with data and common productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms; experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is helpful.
  • An organized, dependable approach to managing multiple priorities, tracking details, and meeting deadlines.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn complex systems and processes.
