Accountant | Shared Services

This role supports the Accounting team based in New Haven, Connecticut, reporting directly to the Director of Shared Services. The position plays a critical role in supporting multiple companies across a diverse business portfolio, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and reporting.

The successful candidate will be involved in daily accounting operations and month-end/quarter-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and general ledger maintenance in accordance with GAAP standards. Responsibilities also include supporting Fixed Assets, Leases, Sales Tax, and Accounts Payable functions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage multiple priorities effectively, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
