What You'll Do

  • Own the collection, aggregation, validation, and analysis of sustainability-related data across global business functions.
  • Support the calculation and reporting of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with recognized reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Travel, HR, and Technology teams to gather and reconcile sustainability data.
  • Identify data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate complex environmental metrics into meaningful business insights.
  • Utilize modern analytics tools and technologies to automate reporting workflows and improve data management processes.
  • Support annual sustainability, ESG, customer, investor, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Perform data modeling, trend analysis, benchmarking, and scenario analysis to inform sustainability strategies and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize sustainability data architecture and reporting platforms.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled solutions to improve sustainability data management.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, data management, reporting, ESG, sustainability, finance, or related analytical functions.
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong capabilities in data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed quantitative analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a technology-forward mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ESG, sustainability, carbon accounting, or environmental reporting programs.
  • Familiarity with GHG Protocol, CDP, CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, SASB, or other sustainability reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with data automation, workflow tools, Python, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar analytical technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting audits or assurance activities related to sustainability reporting.
