Job description

The Sustainability Data Analyst will support the administration and continuous improvement of Technimark's sustainability data systems and reporting infrastructure, including Sweep, Schneider Electric Resource Advisor, DELMIAWorks, and Power BI. The role will support greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, sustainability reporting, Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) initiatives, customer sustainability data requirements, and sustainability performance analytics.

  • Support administration and maintenance of sustainability data platforms, reporting tools, and system integrations.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain sustainability-related data from internal and external sources.
  • Partner with site teams, IT, procurement, finance, and operations to improve data quality, reporting processes, and data governance.
  • Support annual Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 greenhouse gas inventory development, verification, and reporting.
  • Maintain sustainability models, dashboards, scorecards, and reports used to monitor company performance and goals.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support Product Carbon Footprint calculations and customer sustainability data requests.
  • Assist with sustainability disclosures, customer questionnaires, and assurance activities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate data collection, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Maintain documentation, calculations, and supporting records required for reporting and verification activities.
  • Complete recurring sustainability-related data uploads and system maintenance activities.
