  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering advanced analytics solutions in agriculture, supply chain, or a similar operational environment

  • Proven ability to lead projects that combine business process transformation with advanced analytics

  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Experience working with modern data ecosystems, including cloud-based platforms, APIs, and automated pipelines

  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality standards, and validation practices

  • Experience applying AI, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics techniques to business problems

  • Familiarity with precision agriculture data sources (e.g., remote sensing, IoT sensors, field systems)
