Are you passionate about turning sustainability goals into measurable business results? We're looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to help advance our global sustainability initiatives by coordinating reporting, analyzing environmental data, supporting customer sustainability requests, and driving continuous improvement across our organization.

In this role, you'll collaborate with teams around the world to develop sustainability programs, track key environmental metrics, contribute to Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs), and support reporting aligned with global sustainability standards. 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate sustainability initiatives across multiple business locations.
  • Support development and execution of the company's sustainability strategy.
  • Prepare and distribute annual sustainability reports.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer sustainability inquiries.
  • Collect, analyze, and report sustainability metrics including:
    • Carbon footprint
    • Energy consumption
    • Natural resource usage
    • Waste reduction and recycling
  • Assist with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and materiality assessments.
  • Monitor sustainability regulations and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate sustainability performance.
  • Support EcoVadis submissions and sustainability benchmarking.
  • Maintain sustainability documentation and internal communications.
  • Partner cross-functionally to promote sustainability awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field with an environmental focus.
  • One or more years of professional sustainability experience preferred (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop measurable sustainability metrics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, charts, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently and collaboratively.

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)

Additional Information

The minimum and maximum hourly range for this full-time position is $26.00 - $32 + benefits.   

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
