Numerator Verified Voices combines verified purchase behavior with mobile surveys to unlock consumer and shopper insights that build stronger brands. With the largest, most diverse consumer purchase panel, we can provide unmatched insight into consumer influencers, behaviors, and opinions.
As a Research Analyst with Numerator’s Survey Research team, you’ll be a vital member of our team focusing on supporting the success of a set of teammates and their clients and ad-hoc projects. You will own internal aspects of projects with support from your team, including our Research Consultants. You’ll contribute to project components, from questionnaire design through to analysis and delivery of results to the team members and clients you support.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

  • Primarily responsible for contributing to analytical elements of client projects - including questionnaire development, sample selection, analytical and charting plans, and final report deliverables. This includes liaising with Numerator’s operational and other support teams to successfully field projects and process the resulting data.
  • Contribute to designing and proposing high-quality research solutions to client questions through a solid understanding of sample, research methodologies, basic panel structures, and Numerator offerings, with oversight from a Research Consultant
  • Participate in client communications, as directed by a Research Consultant on each project (e.g., price and scoping, questionnaire feedback, methodological design, etc.) and often working closely with other members of the Numerator client team
  • Manages client workload as well as departmental internal initiatives and goals, with inputs from Research Consultant(s) and oversight from your direct manager
  • Use AI-enabled tools as part of a thoughtful, accountable workflow to improve speed, quality, synthesis, project planning, and deliverable development while validating outputs and maintaining Numerator's standards for accuracy and client readiness.
  • Expected to provide mentorship and feedback to members of the Research Operations team as you work side-by-side on projects
