Job Summary:
Blue Sky Innovators is seeking a motivated, entry-level engineer to support the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent within SAF/AQL. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the center of Anti-Tamper efforts, supporting the protection of critical technologies across advanced defense programs.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support the review and analysis of Anti-Tamper (AT) plans submitted by defense industry partners
โ€ข Extract and catalog technologies, methodologies, and protection measures from AT plans
โ€ข Develop and maintain databases and tracking tools to monitor:
โ€ข Evolution of Anti-Tamper technologies
โ€ข Research & Development (R&D) investments
โ€ข Program-level implementation trends
โ€ข Assist in identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities in Anti-Tamper approaches across programs
โ€ข Prepare briefings, summaries, and analytical products for senior SMEs and leadership
โ€ข Collaborate daily with the Anti-Tamper Executive Agent, Program Office personnel, and senior engineers
โ€ข Support continuous improvement of data management and knowledge-sharing frameworks
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
โ€ข Active TS clearance required (SCI eligibility required)
โ€ข Strong analytical and organizational skills
โ€ข Ability to interpret technical documentation and extract key insights
โ€ข Proficiency with data management tools (e.g., Excel, databases, or similar platforms)
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Ability to work 100% on-site at JBAB
Preferred:
โ€ข Exposure to acquisition, program protection, or national security systems
โ€ข Familiarity with databases, data visualization tools, or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL)
