Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Learn our tools and technology and have an amazing attitude
  • Respond to customer requests in an extremely timely matter and make their day with the best customer service experience they have ever had.
  • Execute customer projects as directed by the Client Support Lead.
  • Provide training for our clients in the use of our products and services as needed.
  • Treat our clients, applicants, and fellow associates with the utmost respect. Non-negotiable.

What you need to succeed:

  • High School or GED required. Some or all colleges are preferred.
  • A couple of years of retail or professional experience is a must. If you have ever worked in customer support that would be awesome!
