Job Description

Our Marketing Assistants are the key producers of materials that drive direct business development efforts. Work under the direction of the marketing manager to help write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other material used to help the firm win work and support the general activities of the office/regional marketing studio such as PR and knowledge management, etc.

Marketing Assistants key responsibilities: 

  • Assist in strategic planning phase of the brand communication activities for the US 
  • Working with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
  • Generate new ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edge - includes keeping websites and e-mail marketing platforms at the cutting edge.
  • Developing new materials as needed to support business development activities
  • You may have the opportunity to manage and run the occasional photoshoot and filming on property, if there is a business need. You will be required to develop the brief and plan the shoot in detail liaising closely with the photographer and on property team in advance.
