Sterilization Technician (Entry Level)

Join Our Dental Team

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our growing dental team. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical environment by ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage supply inventory to support daily clinical operations
  • Clean, sanitize, sterilize, and organize dental instruments following established protocols
  • Ensure all instruments are processed promptly upon arrival in central sterilization
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the sterilization area
  • Accurately document sterilization cycles and spore testing logs
  • Utilize tracking systems to monitor instruments throughout the sterilization process
  • Support providers by meeting instrument and equipment needs, including special requests
  • Communicate any equipment, supply, or procedural issues to the Lead Sterilization Technician
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment

  • Follow all OSHA and infection control standards
