AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS NEEDED

Beach Ford in Virginia Beach is increasing its current sales force and looking for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to hit the floor running and individuals with strong sales and customer service background to sell new and pre-owned vehicles and work both walk-in, phone, and internet leads from the start!

WEEKLY PAY plus Incentive Pay to include COMMISSIONS and BONUSES

MONTHLY GUARANTEE - $2400

Our Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options; commit to becoming an automotive sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of FORD vehicles and technology; perform test drives and demonstrate vehicle; complete quotes follow-up with prospective customers and return email and voicemail; follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Need be self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Have recent/prior automotive or big ticket sales experience
  • Have a neat, professional appearance
  • Be able to work with the public and co-workers (“People person”)
  • Be flexible with hours and willing work Saturday
  • Be able to use computers for training, daily work plan and to email prospects
  • Follow-up on unsold prospects via phone, mail and the internet

You must have a strong desire to succeed and not afraid to put in long hours to include evenings and Saturdays (We are closed on Sunday). This is a full-time position with benefits. Our automotive Sales staff comes from a variety of backgrounds ranging from entry level to career changers or experienced sales.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required;
  • Any sales experience will be considered with steady work history;
  • Applicants with stable background in customer service will be considered
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Professional Appearance

Once interview process is complete, candidates will be REQUIRED to pass a criminal background check, pass pre-employment drug test and have a clean driving record within the last seven (7) years.
