Social Media and Website Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an entry level position responsible for creating, writing and sharing engaging content to all social media platforms for all the dealership locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
  • Monitor and administer the social media presence for D Patrick, Inc. on multiple social media platforms.
  • Create a strong online reputation for the dealership through postings, email marketing and SEO.
  • Design posts to sustain customer interest and create excitement around new products and promotions throughout the company.
  • Facilitate online conversations.
  • Report to management on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers.
  • Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, and manufacture deals.
  • Must maintain a professional and positive attitude while engaging with customers and fellow team members.
  • Responsible for assisting in check presentations, vehicle giveaways and any special events at any location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individuals should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent; two or more years of related experience and or training. A college degree preferred, but not mandatory. Must be proficient in social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and website performance. Must possess strong writing, grammar, and communication skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
