Job Description

The Concierge will support two premier office properties in downtown Chicago. This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, vendors, and conference center users, delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring efficient operation of building amenities and administrative functions.

Property Summary:

  • 151 North Franklin: Approximately 807,000 square feet
  • 155 Wacker Drive: Approximately 1.2 million square feet

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conference Center & Amenities Management

  • Manage conference center scheduling and reservations.
  • Coordinate tenant meetings, events, and vendor logistics.
  • Serve as liaison between tenants, vendors, and building engineering.
  • Coordinate furniture moves and meeting setups.
  • Monitor utilization and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Facilitate with conference center event management and logistics

Concierge & Tenant Services

  • Provide concierge-level tenant service.
  • Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and requests.
  • Build strong tenant and visitor relationships.
  • Support tenant engagement initiatives.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain calendars and records.
  • Support property management projects.
  • Coordinate vendor documentation and communications.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative, concierge, hospitality, or property management experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Key Skills and Traits:

  • Hospitality mindset and white-glove customer service.
  • Proficiency in event logistics for conference center events
  • Technical Skills- ability to troubleshoot and assist with entry-level conference center tech needs (i.e. Wi-Fi set up, projection equipment, etc.)
  • Area expertise- knowledge in building amenities and surrounding areas to provide high quality business services for tenants and guests.
  • Branding- represent Stream, ensure conference center aesthetic standards
