Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Electronic gaming devices.
  • Performs major and minor, scheduled and nonscheduled repairs on slot machines
  • Maintains accurate records identifying repairs of department equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures
  • Promotes positive public relations internally and externally
  • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service
  • Verifying and repairing all related gaming equipment
  • Responsible for customer relations.
  • Performing repair to slot machines
  • Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes - Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies.

Requirements

  • Technical background in repair w/ Knowledge of slots and related gaming equipment preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • 2 year's experience in slot technical field preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.
  • Knowledgeable of repair slot machine functions. Ability to read simple instructions. Ability to do some troubleshooting. Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors. Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations. Good communication skills. Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
