Work Schedule: 

Full-time, 100% FTE, night shift. Monday - Friday working a flexible shift that will be discussed during the interview. No weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, WI Sleep Lab to:

  • Lead and develop an effective staff: provide effective communication, guidance, resources and work collaboratively with leadership.
  • Schedule and supervise sleep studies, ensure adherence to protocols and AASM quality standards, coordinate staff schedules, facilitate training and onboarding, and provide technical guidance.
  • Identify and solve operational problems, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and improve overall operation of the sleep lab. 
  • Provide patient care, as needed, and/or act as a clinical resource and mentor to staff.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or another related field Preferred
  • Registered sleep technician or registered respiratory therapist Preferred
 
Work Experience
  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting Required
  • 1 year of leadership experience Required
  • 5 years of experience performing all direct care duties as a Sleep Technician Preferred
  • 1 year of supervisory experience or teaching experience in a Sleep Technician program or other healthcare setting Preferred
 
Licenses & Certifications
  • CMS recognized certification as a Registered Sleep Technician within 2 Yrs Required or
  • Registration as a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) within 2 Yrs Required
  • CPR Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Registered respiratory therapist Preferred
