Our front desk team plays a huge role in creating a warm, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level to early-career front desk role focused on:
  • greeting patients
  • answering phones
  • scheduling appointments
  • collecting payments

What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Associate, you will:
  • Greet patients with energy, warmth, and professionalism
  • Answer incoming phone calls and help patients schedule appointments
  • Check patients in and out for their visits
  • Collect co-pays and payments accurately
  • Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
  • Communicate clearly with therapists and team members to support patient flow
