This role is often the starting point for a career in automotive service management or related fields.

What do you need to become an entry level service advisor?

To become an entry level service advisor, candidates typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, and basic knowledge of automotive systems or the industry. Regular training and a willingness to ask questions can also help new service advisors gain confidence and improve their ability to deliver excellent customer service.
