Entry Level Sales - Break into Financial Sales with Real Earning Power

Horsham, PA

Help Financial Advisors Unlock Hidden Value For Their Clients

You’ll step into a niche corner of the financial world, showing advisors and policyowners how to turn life insurance into real cash through life settlements.

Instead of grinding through cold calls with no purpose, you’ll be educating smart financial professionals on a powerful option most of their clients don’t even know exists.

You’ll work a defined territory, grow revenue, and build relationships that actually last.

If you’re competitive, energetic, and ready to build a sales career in financial services, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Work On

You’ll become the go-to resource in your territory for life settlement solutions by:

  • Life settlement education and awareness
  • Financial advisor and intermediary relationships
  • Policyowner outreach and consultation
  • Territory-based revenue growth
  • Broker-dealer and insurance partner engagement
  • Sales strategy and execution within a defined territory
  • Professional presentations and meetings

You’ll be talking every day with financial advisors, policyowners, broker-dealers, and insurance partners in a market your competitors barely understand.

Your mission: turn awareness into action, and action into revenue.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identifying prospective leads within your assigned territory
  • Qualifying opportunities with financial advisors and policyowners
  • Closing new business to grow revenue in your region
  • Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with consumers
  • Developing trusted partnerships with financial advisors and other intermediaries
  • Working as part of a sales team to create strategies that increase sales
  • Implementing those sales strategies to cultivate new clients
  • Consulting with financial advisors and delivering educational presentations
  • Developing an understanding of key broker-dealers and insurance partners
  • Learning partner products, platforms, structures, and initiatives
  • Bringing energy and competitiveness to hit and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close prospective leads
  • Strong relationship-building skills with consumers and financial advisors
  • Competitive, energetic personality with a drive to win
  • Comfort presenting and consulting with professional audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team
  • Interest in the financial services or insurance space
The Experience That Will Really Get Our Attention

You’ve spent a year or two in sales or marketing and know how to find prospects, get them talking, and move them toward a decision. Maybe you’ve called on advisors, worked around insurance or investments, or sold a service where education and trust were key.

You’re hungry, coachable, and want a real career path in financial sales — not just another transactional job.

High-signal experience: life settlements • financial advisor sales • insurance sales • financial services marketing • broker-dealer relationships • consultative sales • territory sales • educational presentations

Why This Opportunity?

This is your chance to get in early on the financial side of the life settlement market with a firm that’s been driving the industry forward for more than two decades.

You’re not just another cog — you’re building a territory, owning relationships, and directly driving revenue in a specialized, growing segment of financial services.

The organization is built around strong values, leadership, and rewarding success, with a track record of promoting from within and supporting real career progression.

Interested?

If you’re ready to turn your drive and personality into a real financial sales career, we want to hear your story.
