Position Overview:

As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group team, you will play a key supporting role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the division. This entry-level role supports Boat Group's strategy by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and contributing to fact-based insights that inform BBG leadership decision-making. The analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and financial topics while working cross-functionally across the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business insights and recommendations

  • Assist in the development of data-driven fact bases and executive-ready materials for leadership review

  • Partner with division and functional teams to support data collection, analysis, and insight generation

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, including:

    • Strategic planning

    • Portfolio strategy and analysis

    • Financial and business performance analysis

    • Channel strategy and execution support
