Position Overview:

As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group team, you will play a key supporting role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the division. This entry-level role supports Boat Group's strategy by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and contributing to fact-based insights that inform BBG leadership decision-making. The analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and financial topics while working cross-functionally across the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business insights and recommendations

• Assist in the development of data-driven fact bases and executive-ready materials for leadership review

• Partner with division and functional teams to support data collection, analysis, and insight generation

• Contribute to cross-functional projects, including:

  • Strategic planning

  • Portfolio strategy and analysis

  • Financial and business performance analysis

  • Channel strategy and execution support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid (in office 3x per week)

Theanticipatedhiringrange for this position is$58,700- $92,700,annually.The actual base pay offeredwillvary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills,relevantexperience, business needs,andgeographic location.Compensation decisions are dependent uponthe specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
