Job description

Business Analyst needs financial, bank payment, wiring experience

Business Analyst requires:

Experience with problem solving and incident management

Experience with payments

Financial, banking institution

Experience identifying and managing risk and escalations

Experience with training others on new processes

Business Analyst duties:

Imbed business in SDLC process to following testing protocols for production

Provide production testing for Wires and ACH Proof of Concept application

Perform production testing for Payment Tracker

Complete QA reviews on alert entries for associates and provide performance standard recommendations

Investigate Customer Complaints and recommend enhancements

Partnership with Technology, Operations and other Payment front line teams for production testing
