Mission Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Real Estate Loan Servicer II to support our Mortgage Loan Servicing team. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone with prior mortgage or real estate loan servicing experience who is ready to grow their career within a collaborative and highly respected financial institution.

  • Research and resolve servicing issues while ensuring compliance with investor, regulatory, and credit union guidelines
  • Communicate directly with members and internal departments to deliver an exceptional member experience

Here is what we are looking for:

Required:

•    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
•    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred:

•    Credit union or financial institution servicing experience
•    Familiarity with escrow administration, investor guidelines, and mortgage servicing processes

What we offer:

  • 6% 401(k) match
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.

If this sounds like an amazing opportunity to you (because ya, it is!), we want to hear from you!
