Purpose of Role
The Analyst, Project Management is an entry-level individual contributor role within Consuela's Marketing organization, reporting directly to the Manager, Project Management. This role plays a key part in supporting the systems, workflows, and cross-functional coordination that keep projects moving from idea to execution.
This person is equal parts organizer, communicator, and systems thinker. They are energized by understanding how things work, how teams collaborate, and how complex workflows connect across creative, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and brand functions. While supporting project planning and execution, this role is also expected to become a student of the broader operating model - learning how stakeholders, processes, timelines, and deliverables interlock to deliver great marketing for the brand.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment and brings curiosity, structure, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement. They are excited to help bring clarity to complexity while supporting a creative and highly collaborative organization.
This role is based onsite in Austin, Texas. Remote candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional marketing and creative projects
  • Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with stakeholders across Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Retail, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment and visibility throughout project lifecycles
  • Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and follow through on next steps to ensure accountability and momentum
  • Maintain project management tools, documentation, workflows, and reporting with accuracy and consistency
  • Monitor timelines and proactively identify risks, blockers, or gaps that could impact execution
  • Help organize and streamline processes that improve efficiency, communication, and collaboration across teams so all are set up for success to do their best work
  • Support prioritization and workflow management across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Learn and apply project management methodologies and operational best practices to support scalable growth
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine systems, tools, and team processes
  • Bring organization and structure to highly creative environments while maintaining flexibility and adaptability

Requirements
What You Bring
  • 0-2 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, account coordination, or related fields
  • Exposure to marketing, creative, digital, ecommerce, software development, agency, or consulting environments preferred
  • Academic, internship, or professional experience supporting marketing processes across strategy, creative development, content production, publishing, deployment, analytics, or reporting
  • Interest in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, or hybrid operating models
  • Curiosity around systems thinking, workflow optimization, and operational excellence
  • Interest in human-centered design thinking, Lean UX frameworks, collaborative problem solving, or co-creation methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions
