Description

Do you have Call Center or Medical Scheduling experience? Do you like Monthly performance incentives? Do you enjoy helping people? We have a position for you with our Patient Scheduling team and offer a new starting wage ($17 minimum with increases based on experience and skills)

We offer a work from home opportunity after successful completion of in-person training (usually 60 days) in Tucson AZ and demonstrated performance.

Radiology Ltd. - a 500-employee medical imaging organization located in Tucson AZ seeks Full Time Patient Schedulers to join our growing team.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Our call center is on the East Side of Tucson. Training is not remote.

This full-time position provides patients with their first impression of our service oriented company. As a key component of a successful organization, we are looking for individuals that can thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment with the following qualities:

  • Focused and open to applying new information
  • Adaptable to change and receiving performance feedback
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to show empathy and compassion for our patients
  • Prior call center experience and medical terminology are helpful, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Accept inbound and make outbound calls at a dedicated workstation for an 8-hour shift
  • Adhere to a set work schedule
  • Meet established metrics for quality and productivity
