The Role:


The Clinical Sales Associate role is a full-time, entry-level sales position in which youโ€™ll partner closely with our sales leadership team, to expand the presence of Pavise in Los Angeles, CA and the surrounding area. As a valued member of our growing sales team, youโ€™ll play a pivotal role in building strong account relationships, educating new clients, and supporting brand initiatives, all while developing your skills alongside dedicated industry professionals. This opportunity is ideal for candidates eager to advance in the beauty and life sciences space within a collaborative, technology-driven organization.


What Youโ€™ll Do:


Drive Regional Growth

  • Partner with members of our sales leadership team on field sales visits to dermatology clinics, medical spas, plastic surgery centers, and other specialty clinics.
  • Execute in-store/office activations: product demonstrations, lunch-&-learns, VIP patient nights, and regional trade shows.
  • Cultivate partnerships with key accounts and their teams to drive long-term brand loyalty and exceptional client service.


Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Research target accounts, book discovery meetings, and maintain activity in Monday.com CRM; no individual quota, but quarterly KPI goals (leads, events, education sessions, etc).
  • Guide new accounts through the full onboarding lifecycle, delivering tailored training and ongoing support to ensure successful integration and sustained performance.


Logistics & Reporting

  • Relay market insights on competitors, pricing, and patient trends to marketing and R&D teams for continuous product improvement.
  • Plan end-to-end event details (budgets, sample inventory, post-event recaps) and track ROI against brand metrics.


Who You Are:


  • Based in or around San Francisco, CA
  • 1-3 yearsโ€™ work history in sales-based roles.
  • Strong understanding of science is preferred but not necessary.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, or life sciences.
  • Confident public speaker able to educate clinicians, aestheticians, and consumers with clarity and enthusiasm, while comfortable asking for the business.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, ability to lift 35 lbs of event materials, and willingness to travel 4 days per week regionally in Northern California.
  • Organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Comfortable using/learning technologies including Microsoft 365, basic CRM, and virtual meeting tools.
