This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a critical role in our sales process. As a Sales Opener, you will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and facilitate a seamless transition to a Resolution Officer for a comprehensive consultation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM platform.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call volume, qualified transfers, and conversion objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with Resolution Officers and other team members to support client success.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions.
  • Follow up with prospective clients as necessary to ensure timely engagement.
