Job description

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative you’ll receive hands-on training in our sales and client services department, gaining a strong understanding of daily operations. In this role, you’ll act as a liaison between our clients and their customers, focusing on building lasting relationships, managing accounts, and representing client services within your assigned territory. As you develop in the role, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn additional business systems and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage in face-to-face sales to build a strong customer base
  • Present and promote products or services to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with a driven team to meet goals and celebrate success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule
