Ellaway Blues Consulting is looking to recruit an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing Houston team. We are a specialist staffing firm providing technical recruitment solutions across the energy value chain, supporting clients within oil & gas, mining, renewables, power, utilities, and infrastructure.


Working alongside experienced consultants, you will support recruitment activity across technical markets, helping identify and engage talented professionals while developing your own career within a fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct screening calls to understand candidates' experience, motivations, and career goals.
  • Support recruitment across mining and technical engineering markets throughout North America.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist with offer management and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with experienced consultants, learning recruitment best practice and developing your market knowledge.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people over the phone.
