NATA CS is a highly respected technology provider in aviation compliance, security, and safety solutions. Backed by The Brydon Group, a veteran-led $270M private equity fund, NATA CS is poised for rapid growth and looking for a dynamic entry-level sales coordinator to join its expanding Business Development team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative will be primarily responsible for supporting the Business Development team's sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be an early career professional interested in sales, with a passion for aviation and technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for coaching, mentorship, and a fast-paced environment. Given our growth objectives, there are strong opportunities for advancement based on performance. The role will be part of the broader NATA CS BD team, reporting to a NATA CS Senior Account Executive, and closely collaborating with the VP of Development and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation: Source and research potential B2B clients
  • Outreach: Initiate contact will prospective customers via phone call, email, social media to introduce the company and its value proposition
  • Lead qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess needs, pain points, budget, and decision-making authority to qualify leads
  • Sales pipeline management: Log all prospect interactions in the CRM system and effectively manage leads throughout the sales funnel
  • Appointment setting: Schedule qualified leads for meetings with BD Managers
  • Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively answer prospect questions and identify opportunities
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the Marketing coordinator to follow-up on marketing generated leads, and make recommendations to improve lead generation
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Demonstrated history of high performance across academic, and professional endeavors;experience with B2B sales and / or using consultative sales strategies is a plus
  • Passion and enthusiasm for aviation
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
