First Direct is looking for a Business Development Representative to be responsible for prospecting, appointment setting, and following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers.
Earning Potential : $100,000 Plus Per Year (Salary and Commissions)
Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase interest in services and product subscriptions, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must. First Direct will provide daily sales training using Cardone University.

โ€ข Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
โ€ข Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
โ€ข Make 200 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers.
โ€ข Sell out our events each month with the sales team.
โ€ข Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
โ€ข Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
โ€ข Communicate the company's value propositions to all business owners.
โ€ข Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment
