Mission Objective

As an Entry-Level Direct Sales Representative, your mission is to:

  • Engage with local businesses face-to-face to provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect employees

  • Track, report, and analyze your performance to continuously improve

Operational Details

  • Role Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

  • Work Location: Remote, with in-person B2B field operations in your community

  • Compensation: $65,000$85,000 annually (starting weekly draw, transitioning to uncapped commissions and performance bonuses)
