Job description

Sales Rep. Build Your Own Recurring MRR

Keep 50% of every deal you close. Stack passive monthly recurring revenue that pays out every Friday.

About CloudGreet

CloudGreet is an AI receptionist for service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, dental, legal, and more). It answers calls 24/7, qualifies leads, and books appointments straight into the business's calendar. The product is live and working. We're hiring sales reps to grow our client base.

Compensation

50% of every dollar your clients pay us. Setup fees and monthly recurring, both. For as long as the client stays subscribed.

You set the price. Recommended starting pricing is $500/month + $500 setup, but our payment link generator lets you charge whatever you can close. $1,000/month, $2,000/month, $5,000/month, your call.

Close 5 clients a month at recommended pricing and you've stacked $1,250/month recurring plus $2,500 in setup fees. The recurring keeps growing every month after.

Payouts hit your bank every Friday automatically via Stripe Connect. No invoicing, no chasing, no waiting. Stripe also auto-files your 1099-NEC at year-end.

No cap on earnings.

A "close" counts when the client pays their first invoice through Stripe. Setup fee commission and the first month's recurring split hit your account the following Friday.

Responsibilities

You own the entire sales process from first call to signed deal. Cold call prospects, run the demo, close. No appointment setters, no handoffs.

After the close, we handle everything. Onboarding, support, technical setup, client management. You just keep collecting your share of their monthly payment for as long as they stay subscribed. Close once, get paid every month after.

What We Provide

  • Custom rep dashboard built for closers
  • Lead scraper that pulls fresh contractor leads from Texas licensing databases (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control). Up to 200 fresh leads per day with phone numbers and owner names
  • Calling-optimized lead view with one-tap dial and one-tap status updates
  • One-click "Send booking link" that creates a real client account so prospects can log in during your demo
  • One-click "Send payment link" that generates a Stripe checkout with whatever pricing you negotiate
  • Real-time earnings dashboard showing MRR, lifetime commission, and what you're owed Friday
  • Cal.com integration for booking demos
  • Direct text or Slack access to the founder
  • We handle all client onboarding, support, and account management after you close

Onboarding & Training

Once you're approved, we'll set up a 30 to 45 minute onboarding call where I walk you through the product, demo, dashboard, and sales materials. You'll get your own demo account, sample scripts, and an objection handling guide. After that you're cleared to start calling. Most reps are running their first calls within 24 to 48 hours of accepting.

Logistics

  • Location: Remote, US-based only (required for 1099 tax purposes)
  • Hours: Set your own. No minimum required, but realistically you'll want to commit 15+ hours per week to build any real momentum
  • Time zones: You'll be calling US service businesses, so you should be available to make calls during their business hours (roughly 8 AM to 6 PM in their time zone)
  • Start date: Immediate. Looking to onboard reps over the next 30 days
  • Equipment: You provide your own phone, computer, and internet
  • Agreement: All reps sign a simple 1099 contractor agreement covering the 50/50 split, weekly Friday payouts, no clawback policy, and tax handling. You'll review and sign it during onboarding

Requirements

  • 18 or older
  • US-based with a valid SSN or EIN for tax purposes (required for Stripe Connect payouts)
  • Comfortable cold calling B2B prospects
  • Can run a sales conversation and close without hand-holding
  • Hungry, organized, and self-directed
  • Working phone, computer, and reliable internet

Not For You If

  • You've never done outbound sales
  • You expect leads handed to you and only need to close
  • You need a base salary or hourly pay
  • You're looking for part-time side income with no real effort

We respond within 48 hours. Serious applicants only.
