An established, high-volume practice in Green Bay is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a physician-led, multi-specialty group. This role offers immediate production, multiple income streams, and rare ownership opportunities. The structure allows surgeons to focus on clinical care while operational teams manage the business side. This position supports both entry-level and experienced surgeons with flexible career pathways based on experience and goals.
