Assembly Technician III 
Renu Robotics | Production Facility – San Antonio, TX

What You’ll Do: 
As an Assembly Specialist III, you will work on the manufacturing floor building autonomous tractors and recharge stations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanical and electrical assembly, working with tools, and taking pride in building high-quality products. 
Key Responsibilities Include: 
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
  • Follow work instructions, safety rules, and quality standards.
  • Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform repetitive movements including bending, squatting, and reaching.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized.
  • Help organize parts and inventory.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and leads.
  • Support other production tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on assembly, mechanical, or technical experience 
    (or related technical/associate degree)
  • Must have proven experience with electrical and mechanical assemblies
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Willing to learn new skills and take direction
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • U.S. citizen
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a must. 
 
Pay & Growth:
