Job description

Electronics Technician

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future. The company does not offer visa sponsorship or transfer of visas for this position now or in the future.

The Entry-Level Electronics Technician is responsible for supporting the maintenance and operation of robotic and automated equipment within a highly advanced manufacturing environment. This position provides hands-on experience with systems that enable high-precision energy system production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on robotic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
  • Support equipment startups, recoveries, and routine operation of automated lines.
  • Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures.
  • Use the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system to record maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to learn diagnostics and controls fundamentals.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure equipment reliability through precision and consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or controls systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automation or robotics.
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, torque wrenches, or multimeters
  • Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
  • Curiosity for learning new technology and working in a modern manufacturing environment.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Effective communication and teamwork in cross-functional settings.
