  • Work closely with FA engineers, production leaders, and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with production needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to handle complex issues, specialized repairs, and equipment upgrades.

Preventive Maintenance Planning & Documentation
  • Prepare, manage, and continuously improve periodic Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for FA equipment.
  • Record and maintain all documents related to PM, troubleshooting, and repair work (including daily reports, PM check sheets, and equipment history logs).
  • Use MES/SCADA equipment log data to analyze recurring problems, identify trends, and drive root cause solutions.

Leadership, Training & Support

  • Experience working in dry-room environments and following gowning/PPE requirements.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or vocational/technical certification preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
  • Experience with automation/FA equipment (conveyors, robotics, AMRs, automated transfer systems) strongly preferred.
  • PLC experience (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar) preferred but not required; ability to understand basic logic flow and I/O.
  • Must be able to regularly use required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes) for up to 12 hours.
