Job Summary and Qualifications

What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for Rounding on Units within the facility to strengthen and promote relationships between staff and the Quality Department
  • You will facilitate the growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including the dissemination and implementation of โ€œbest practicesโ€ across the facility
  • You will participate in and coordinate activities for Performance Improvement Committees, including meeting preparation, setting agendas, writing Minutes and follow with action items
  • You will perform regular analysis of facility quality performance data and plan steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement

What qualifications you will need:

  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required
  • BSN preferred
  • 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting
  • Quality RN experience preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Good computer skills โ€“ Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Great communication โ€“ both verbally and documentation
