You will manage the care of patients during outpatient surgical procedures, ensure proper positioning and safety protocols are followed, coordinate with scrub techs and surgeons, and keep thorough documentation throughout the case.   • Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

  • Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.
  • Strong familiarity circulating multiple specialties.
  • Must show competency with reviewing procedural consents, safe patient positioning, expert knowledge of universal protocol, experience with establishing and verifying surgical supply/instrument counts, and experience setting up and assisting with various operating room equipment.
