Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospice Clinical Manager, RN to lead our field clinicians and inpatient unit in delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care. This leadership role is vital to the daily operational success and long-term growth of our agency, with a focus on regulatory compliance, patient-centered service delivery, and team collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS for Hospice Clinical Manager, RN :
•    RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
•    Bachelor's in Nursing or related field (preferred)
•    Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within hospice or home care
•    Strong administrative skills and knowledge of hospice regulations, quality standards, and Medicare guidelines
•    Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and programs
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of Hospice Clinical Manager, RN :
•    Oversee daily patient care operations across hospice services
