Clinical Manager RN

Clinical Manager RN, Valley Health Partners, Family Health Center- Allentown, PA Job Summary: Manages the nursing and clinical support team members in the Practice and collaborates with the directors, leaders, and administrators within Valley Health Partners Community Health Center. Manages clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows, and clinical staff supervision. Oversees clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. Serves as a clinical resource and role model for nursing, clinical support team members, clerical staff, and the practice management team.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Registered Nurse State of Pennsylvania.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Recent experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. Bilingual English/Spanish.

Licensure: Active/current Registered Nursing License. Active/Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

Special skills: Ability to initiate, accept, and adapt to change within a healthcare setting. Ability to take initiative and function independently, as well as collaboratively. Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR), word processing (Microsoft Word), PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of best clinical practices. Mature emotional intelligence.
