Electronics Associate


Pay: $17.00 per hour

Location: DFW Area

Shifts Available

Day Shift

  • Monday–Thursday
  • 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekend Shift

  • Friday–Sunday
  • 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring Electronics Associates to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling, assembling, testing, and inspecting electronic devices using standardized procedures and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and have strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble electronic devices using hand and electrical tools
  • Test, program, and verify devices as required
  • Perform cosmetic visual inspections to quality standards
  • Conduct RF (Radio Frequency) testing using standardized equipment
  • Complete quality control checks using automated tools
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Enter production data into the company database
  • Move materials throughout the production area as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement and team-building activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

QualificationsRequired

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Ability to operate automated equipment
  • Ability to meet production goals (UPH requirements)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of 6S standards is a plus

Preferred

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for the entire shift
  • Lift and move up to 20 lbs
  • Perform repetitive hand movements
  • Ability to use hands to handle tools and materials
  • Good close vision and focus adjustment
  • Work in an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safe environment requiring wrist straps and smocks

Dress Code

  • Closed-toe shoes required (sneakers are acceptable)
  • No safety shoes required
  • Shoes must not contain exposed metal
  • No tank tops
  • Business casual attire required
