RESTAURANT MANAGER

We’re looking for a strong, motivated Restaurant Manager who can bring energy to every shift, lead by example, and help create an exceptional guest experience from open to close.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues professionally
  • Lead, motivate, and support restaurant team members
  • Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and cost control
  • Maintain sanitation, safety, and operational standards
  • Coach employees and help develop future leaders

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
