YOUR ROLE:

This is an entry level management position. Your role is to support the Restaurant Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate. Is willing to provide help and guidance to others. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Satisfaction

• Execute the Manager in Charge (MIC) success routine by ensuring that all Team Members complete their shift excellence tasks for their assigned responsibilities

• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders

• Ensures Team Members are clean and neat in appearance

• Personally, demonstrate that Customers’ needs are the highest priority

• Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations Developing People

• Provide regular feedback to the Restaurant Manager on the performance of Team Members

• Provide ongoing constructive and complimentary feedback to Team Members

• Actively participate in the training of Team Members

• Handle conflicts constructively and work with the Restaurant Manager to achieve resolution.

• Assist Restaurant Manager in screening Team Member Candidates. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and a positive attitude. If you want to build a great career, Taco Bell is the place to learn, grow and succeed!

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• 1-Year leadership/supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment

• Strong Interpersonal skills, leadership, active listening and coaching

• Must pass background check criteria

• Basic personal computer literacy

• Must have reliable transportation

• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
