Job description

The Assistant Manager Restaurant plays a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations with a focus on delivering excellent dine-in service. This position involves managing a medium-sized team, ensuring staff performance and customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will occasionally travel locally and report directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of 10-20 staff members daily
  • Ensure outstanding customer service during dine-in operations
  • Conduct staff training and development initiatives
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
