Integrity Risk International is a leader in the evolution, growth, and delivery of risk management services. We are actively looking for Entry-Level Research Analyst with professional/advanced readingfluency in Chinese to join our team in Reston, Virginia. You will conduct online, open and primary source research across the foundational due diligence spectrum, from basic screenings to customized due diligence projects.


This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with excellent benefits (e.g., health, dental, vision, and paid time off).

What you will do:


  • Conduct due diligence research by using a variety of Internet-based resources and tools.
  • Efficiently handle screening and project matters, showing growth in understanding of the due diligence process.
  • Create professional, well-written reports with proper context that show comprehension of the subjects and all issues / concerns.
  • Partner cohesively with team members on research projects.
  • Incorporate research from outside consultants and investigators, ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Understand importance of, and handle, administrative and other required tasks related to the overall research process.


What you bring:


  • At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a major that required qualitative research and writing skills (i.e., International Relation / Affairs, English, Journalism, or similar areas).
  • At least one year of work experience (internships accepted) in a professional setting.
  • Avid interest and developed skills in Internet / online database research, preferably to include experience with resources such as Lexis Nexis.
  • Comprehension, analytical and critical-thinking, as well as professional communication (oral and written), skills.
  • Superior attention to detail, to include ensuring all work is thorough and accurate.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a highly motivated self-starter who takes pride in your work and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
