This full-time position is remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while balancing flexibility and responsibility. As a member of our collaborative team, you will have the unique opportunity to connect with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring access to mental health support regardless of geographical barriers. • Conduct thorough and respectful assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, creating a clinical diagnosis to guide treatment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and evidence-based therapy modalities, ensuring each therapy session is meaningful and productive.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote healing and understanding, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Advocate for clients by educating them and their families on mental health issues, available therapy options, resources, and rights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions, workshops, and industry research to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Your clients may range from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our inclusive approach encourages individuals from different backgrounds to seek the support they need, and as a therapist, you will play an essential role in guiding them through their unique journeys.

• Holds a relevant license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Has a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client interaction.
• Is capable of working autonomously while remaining engaged in a team-oriented environment.
• Commits to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

• Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is desirable but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise and experience you bring to our team. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to get you started on the right foot. Our benefits package includes:
