Job description

GD Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Training Officer / Acquisition Training Coordinator to support federal acquisition workforce training, onboarding, certification tracking, training development, and SharePoint-based knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and support annual acquisition workforce training programs.
  • Support FAC-C certification, Continuous Learning Points (CLPs), warrant requirements, and COR training.
  • Conduct onboarding activities for new acquisition personnel.
  • Maintain training databases and track certifications, CLPs, warrants, and required training.
  • Respond to questions regarding acquisition training and certification requirements.
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate instructors and participants.
  • Develop training plans, presentations, instructional materials, and educational resources.
  • Use online technologies and collaboration tools to improve training delivery.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint pages and repositories.
  • Maintain training schedules, standard operating procedures, guidance, and reference materials.
  • Coordinate training activities across multiple teams.
  • Standardize training processes and resources.
  • Provide administrative support for training operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal acquisition or contracting training programs.
  • Knowledge of FAR, VAAR, federal contracting, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with acquisition workforce certification and training requirements.
  • Experience with instructional technologies and online training platforms.
  • Experience maintaining databases or training-management systems.
  • Experience creating or updating SharePoint sites.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Selected candidates must successfully complete applicable federal/VA background and security requirements and comply with applicable privacy and information-security requirements.
