The Opportunity

We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join us as Independent Sales Associates. This is a commission-only position with a highly competitive payout structure that exceeds industry averages.

As an associate, you will operate independently while leveraging Paradigm Pallet’s reputation, tools, and support to build customer relationships, uncover opportunities, and close deals in the pallet and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
