Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resilient Content Moderator to ensure a safe and compliant user experience across digital platforms. This role involves reviewing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and supporting trust & safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video, audio) in line with community standards
  • Identify, flag, and remove content that violates policies (abusive, harmful, misleading content)
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions
  • Stay updated with evolving policies, guidelines, and online trends
  • Handle sensitive or disturbing content with professionalism and resilience
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets
  • Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and policy enforcement
  • Collaborate with internal teams on trust & safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or customer support
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
